Director

With over 30 years of experience in specialised commercial and asset finance, Sharon Piening is known for her deep industry knowledge and genuine commitment to her clients. She focuses on building strong, lasting relationships and delivering finance solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with each client’s unique needs.
 
Sharon understands the pressures business owners face and works hard to remove the stress from the lending process. Her goal is simple: to help clients secure the right funding to set their businesses up for long-term success. For Sharon, finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, partnerships, and making growth possible.
 
Outside of work, she’s a dedicated basketball fan and values time spent courtside or watching a great game with family and friends.

Ferly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and brings a strong foundation in banking, complemented by over three years of specialised experience in asset finance support. At Evolve500, she plays an integral role in guiding clients through the equipment finance process, ensuring every transaction is structured with precision and delivered efficiently.
 
Ferly is committed to providing a seamless and reliable finance experience, supporting businesses in acquiring the equipment they need to grow and succeed.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring art, and relaxing with a great Netflix series. She also cherishes quality time with family and friends—especially when it involves sharing her signature homemade lasagna.
