Director

With over 30 years of experience in specialised commercial and asset finance, Sharon Piening is known for her deep industry knowledge and genuine commitment to her clients. She focuses on building strong, lasting relationships and delivering finance solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with each client’s unique needs.
 
Sharon understands the pressures business owners face and works hard to remove the stress from the lending process. Her goal is simple: to help clients secure the right funding to set their businesses up for long-term success. For Sharon, finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, partnerships, and making growth possible.
 
Outside of work, she’s a dedicated basketball fan and values time spent courtside or watching a great game with family and friends.

Olivia brings experience across insolvency accounting, bookkeeping, and asset finance, and holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Her background gives her a practical understanding of financial matters and a strong foundation for supporting Evolve500’s clients.

She enjoys the problem-solving and relationship side of finance, getting to know clients, understanding what they want to achieve and helping them work through the available options. With a personalised and approachable style, Olivia helps make the finance process straightforward, keeping clients informed and supported along the way.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. She regularly competes in show jumping and has a strong interest in health and fitness.

Ferly is committed to providing a seamless and reliable finance experience, supporting businesses in acquiring the equipment they need to grow and succeed.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring art, and relaxing with a great Netflix series. She also cherishes quality time with family and friends—especially when it involves sharing her signature homemade lasagna.
